What is FOREX Shop? How does it work?

At FOREX Shop you will find selected products from different brands gathered under one roof. We have chosen to work with suppliers who offer travel-related products and all orders are handled and shipped directly from our suppliers to you as a customer.

What are the delivery times?

The delivery time is usually between 3 to 7 business days. Note that it may vary slightly between different providers.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped from the supplier, you will receive an email from the supplier. This contains information and any tracking link (this may vary depending on the supplier's choice of shipping method).

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped, it is usually possible to make changes or cancel your order. Then contact our customer service as soon as possible! If your order has been shipped, it unfortunately cannot be changed or cancelled and you will need to initiate a return once the product has been delivered.

How do I return an item?

You have at least 14 days of return policy, but several of our suppliers offer more days of return than that. You can find this information on the brand's page. Please note that the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service team at info@forex.se if you need more information on how to return a product.

How are refunds handled?

Refunds are processed after the supplier receives and checks the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

How do I complain about a product?

If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with pictures of the damage so that we can assist you.
