Yellow credit card

You cannot pay by direct debit, but you can choose whether you want to receive paper invoices, e-invoices or through Kivra. Just add FOREX Credit Card, Nordea Finans to your internet bank or get Kivra.

If you want to cancel your yellow FOREX Credit Card, the easiest way to do it is in the Credit Card Portal, go to messages and send a new message with the subject "Cancel". You can also contact Nordea Finans on 08-402 57 73 or FOREX 0771-222221 (key selection 3 and then 2).

If you have lost your card, you must block it immediately.

Within Sweden, call 0771 – 22 22 21, and from abroad +46 771 – 22 22 21. You can block your card around the clock.

If your card is just worn out or has been damaged, you can order a new card directly in the FOREX Kreditkorts app or in the Kreditkortportalen.

It is fine to make withdrawals from the machine with your FOREX credit card. If you make a withdrawal from a machine outside the EU/EEA, FOREX does not charge a fee for the withdrawal, however, the bank that owns the machine may charge a fee.

Information on which fee may be charged must be available at the machine. Withdrawals within the EU/EEA (including Sweden) have a withdrawal fee of 2% of the amount, at least SEK 40, per withdrawal. If you visit one of our FOREX stores, the cash withdrawal is free of charge.

When we pay out cash and currency, different rules apply than if you pay with the card in a regular store. 

The card companies place different requirements on us than on regular stores and we must therefore look at your ID document, even if you have a pin code.

The payment is not automatically deducted via direct debit, but you can choose how you want to receive your invoice. Log in to the Credit Card Portal and choose between e-invoice, paper invoice or Kivra.

You have two payment-free months per year, which automatically fall in June and December. Interest is calculated as usual and is added to the next draw via direct debit.

For those who have chosen e-invoice, the balance for the period is pre-filled when paying, but you can easily change the amount if you want to pay a different amount.

With FOREX Credit Card you can apply for credit between SEK 10,000 - 100,000.
